These Terms of Use govern your use of the Le Club Gourmet website at leclubgourmet.com and the enquiry and booking process for our services. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Le Club Gourmet is based in the Algarve, Portugal. These terms are governed by Portuguese law.

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, transmit unsolicited advertising, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, or use the Site to harm, harass, or deceive others.

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed the details in writing (by email or message) and any required deposit has been received.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion.

All prices quoted are bespoke and based on your specific requirements, including guest numbers, menu complexity, location, and date. Prices are provided in writing following an initial consultation and are valid for 14 days from the date of the quote.

Payment terms, including deposit requirements and cancellation conditions, will be set out in your individual booking agreement.

Cancellation terms are agreed on a per-booking basis and will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit. We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances, in which case any deposit paid will be refunded in full.

All content on this Site — including text, images, menus, and design — is the property of Le Club Gourmet and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

We take every care to ensure the information on this Site is accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties as to its completeness or accuracy.
