The story

I cooked and ran kitchens at a high level in four different countries. My experience in fine dining and Michelin-guide restaurants taught me how to select the finest ingredients and design bespoke menus tailored to your taste.

As a passionate foodie, I love to share my enthusiasm and bring to your home the best products that Portugal and the Algarve have to offer — all with a hint of French flair.

I chose the path of a French private chef and caterer as a more flexible way to be a restaurateur — creating an intimate catering experience that adapts to you, for any event.
